Contact us via email within 48 hours of receiving your instrument to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the guitar in its original hardshell case and shipping carton, ensuring all original accessories and documentation are included to avoid restocking fees.
Insured Shipping
Ship the instrument back to our shop using a reputable carrier with full insurance coverage; the customer is responsible for all return transit costs.
Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the instrument is in the same condition as when it left the shop, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
