1965 Guild Starfire Bass (II) natural
1965 Guild Starfire Bass, natural. Made in USA, serial number BA175. This guitar has been heavily modified with replaced tuners, stripped finish, a few replaced screws, extra strap button holes, one extra input jack hole, Schaller tuners, repaired headstock crack and most importantly, the addition of a vintage BiSonic pickup in the neck position (according to a previous Rick Turner installed this around 1970) with extra volume and tone controls. It looks like it was refretted once too (no fretwear to speak of now) and features a brass nut. It sounds and plays amazing. Comes with the original Guild hardshell case. Weighs only 3.45kg!
